February's project is a Scrappy No Y-Seam Star.
Big name, fun project
-Sewing class meets Thursdays, February 16 and 23
-Class meets from 1:00 - 3:30 p.m.
-Class is limited to 12
-Registration IS required. Please stop by the circulation desk, or call the library during OPEN hours to register, 419-362-7181. We do not take registrations by voicemail or online.
-One registration per person.
Registration opens Tuesday, February 7 at 10:00 a.m.
Tools/Supplies:
- Sewing machine
- Gray thread
- Ruler - 6" or 6 1/2" x 24" with a 45o line
- 9" square or 12 1/2" square
- Scissors
- Pins
Fabrics:
- You bring your foundation fabric (3/8 yd. of muslin or light ugly fabric)
- Background fabric - 1 yd. (You may want to wait until you make your star to pick background fabric)
- Kyle will bring all the scraps for your star
*If you want to sew, but don't have the supplies, let Kyle know. She will provide you with everything. You can sew and return the project to Snuggled in Hope.
