Perry Cook Memorial Public Library offers free delivery of materials to persons of any age who are residents living within the boundaries of the Northmor School District, if they meet the following criteria: either temporarily or permanently confined to their home or care facility due to illness, injury or disability.
If you have any questions about our free homebound service or would like to receive this service, please call 419-362-7181 or print and fill out the application form at the bottom of this page and mail it to the library. Application forms are also available for pickup at the library.
